How insurance companies sell your injury claims to the highest bidder

If you have ever had an injury and wanted to make a claim, it won’t go straight off the shelf of your insurance company. Instead, your insurance company will sell your personal injury case to solicitors for ‘referral fees’. Law firms bid against each other for your case and your personal injury case will always to the highest bidder. This puts lawyers and insurance companies first, but not you.

Law firm Spencers Solicitors wants to stop this practise. To fight that, they have launched a campaign on their microsite www.injuryauction.co.uk to tell people about this unethical practise and its consequences.
