Well, not actually smuggling. This teacher in Pretoria, South Africa was transporting 19 kids from her school to a fun outing and back and, due to some concerned citizens reporting her, she got fined almost 200$. Well, at least they did something fun and if the kids had nothing against it, I don’t see what the big deal is.
