After studying a cancer protein for twelve years, researchers at an Australian medical research center were amazed to discover that it had formed a smiley face. “There are different ways of looking at it. You could think it’s laughing at us, but I like to think it’s challenging us”, said Associate Professor Beric Henderson, head of the gene expression laboratory at Westmead Millennium Institute for Medical Research at the University of Sydney.
And yet another image from the protests in Romania. While in the capital city of Bucharest, almost 10.000 people filled the streets of the city, in other areas not so many men got out of their homes to protest for their rights.
And how true this is. Too bad that a lot of women believe that they can only be attractive by wearing make-up, and they forget how beautiful they really are.
I don’t know why, but it seems that every odd thing that happens in this world has to be in Russia. Still, you have to give the guy some credit for his perseverance.
If even he says that women are a mystery, then there is no doubt about it. Another interesting fact is that Stephen Hawking admitted to thinking most during the day about women. He said this during an interview with the New Scientist magazine (to mark his 70th birthday on Sunday, January 8, 2012). Imagine how much further he would have gotten if he hadn’t wasted so much time.
