McDonald’s tried to raise awareness about the freshness of their products with a Twitter campaign using two hashtags: #MeetTheFarmers and #McDstories. Unfortunately for them, the latter backfired and this is what it turned into:

Skype invites everyone to send messages to 5 artists in 5 different locations, who will select the best messages to be made into pieces of art. Messages are being sculpted into trees in Turkey, taken to the streets of Tokyo, turned into contemporary art in the USA, set free in the Australian Outback and re-imagined by street performers in Spain.
Leave your message for any one of these artists and by clicking on the “Call Me” button on their pages. The best messages will be made up into art pieces, then filmed and posted on the micro-site.
This video portrays what smoking does to people. A random smoking guy gets the hard beating until he gets totally knocked down. When you smoke, your body takes the beating, says the voice over.
What is shown in the video is a good way of saying that smoking kills you while you may not be fully aware of it. I wish there were more anti-smoking campaigns like this one.
This hard hitting new anti-smoking campaign is filmed by renowned directors Rankin and Chris for NHS Birmingham East and North.
The goal of this video campaign is to draw your attention to the fact that many chicken producers are injecting chickens with saltwater in order to cheat consumers by artificially increasing the weight and price.
Listen and watch these two chickens sharing their plumping experience in a flash presentation.
…Or Wii Shakes YouTube! Maaan, this is what I call engaging “out-of-the-box” campaign. What a user experience and a marketing success – Wii kicking shaking ass!
Check out this Wii campaign launched on Youtube and don’t freak out when you see your screen shaking and the YouTube page falling apart. Very fresh and original marketing idea.
