This poor guy can not understand what’s happening and why the police are there. But there is more to it. He looks at the microphone as if he’s never seen it before. As if it’s an alien object. Most likely, the guy is under drugs.
It is hard to imagine that someone, somewhere can see Earth as a little dot on the sky.
